What this website provides

Free hamster videos, family care guides, editorial articles, information about the planned Potato Cam, contact links, newsletter requests and relevant promotional offers when available. Browsing does not require an account. The site currently does not sell goods, process payments or accept orders.

Using the website

You need an internet connection and a current browser that supports HTTPS and HTML. JavaScript supports the clocks, privacy choices and email-preparation forms; ordinary pages and direct contact links work without it. To send a prepared message you need your own email application or webmail service.

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, another person’s private data without a lawful basis, malware or unsolicited advertising. Do not interfere with the site or try to access non-public systems. Contact and newsletter requests are for adults aged 18 or over. Children should explore the educational pages with a grown-up and follow external platforms’ age rules.

Contact service

The form prepares an email for you to review and send from your own account. No message is sent just by completing the form or opening the email app. We use your enquiry to respond; it does not subscribe you to marketing. You may end the service by closing the form or email draft and may ask us to stop handling an enquiry.

The newsletter is free and coming soon. A signup request does not itself confirm an active subscription. We will ask you to confirm your email before enrolling you. The intended content includes Potato news, videos, articles, care tutorials, stream announcements and occasional hamster product offers. Frequency will depend on relevant updates; there is no guaranteed schedule.

Consent must be voluntary and specific. You can decline marketing and still use the site. You may unsubscribe at any time, without charge, using the link in future newsletters, replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us. Subscription ends on withdrawal, deletion of the address or closure of the newsletter. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.

Promotional codes and other websites

Offers show eligibility, restrictions and expiry information when known. Check the retailer’s final terms, total price, delivery costs, taxes and availability before buying. The retailer is responsible for the sale, payment, delivery, returns and statutory consumer rights for its goods. Our editorial content does not create a contract to buy anything. Care content and live viewing

Our family’s content is general educational information, not a veterinary diagnosis or treatment plan. Seek qualified veterinary advice for an individual animal. Potato’s routine and any viewing times are estimates. Streams depend on welfare, technical availability and platform eligibility. We may pause a feed whenever needed for Potato’s wellbeing.

Problems, complaints and liability

Send website or service complaints to lukaszwdowiak.ceo@gmail.com or the registered office. Include the page or service, a description of the issue, your requested outcome and a reply address. We aim to respond within 14 days. Privacy requests follow the response periods described in the Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that an external website remains unchanged. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Polish law applies, while consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims available under the law of their habitual residence. These terms do not impose an exclusive Polish court on consumers.

Changes and ending services

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes and will show the new date. For an ongoing newsletter, material changes will be communicated appropriately before they take effect, and you can unsubscribe. Changes do not retrospectively remove acquired rights.
